Job Description:
Landtech is looking for experienced Party Chiefs for a long-term construction survey project.

Education / Qualifications Required:
Potential candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Party Chief, Experience to include construction services, preparation of survey field notes and managing daily operations of field crew activities. Candidate must also have experience with survey instruments, Total Station/Robotics, Data Collector, and conventional leveling. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed and perform other general duties and activities as directed.

Job Description:
The Sales Manager will actively engage in sales activities to develop new business, establish customer relationships, and explore new markets and products. As a key team member, you’ll assist in driving revenue and executing the sales strategy for the Houston region. You'll collaborate with internal teams to monitor sales efforts, inventory, and key performance indicators to ensure sales volume and customer service goals are met. Your responsibilities will include preparing estimates, submitting bids, mentoring sales team members, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you’ll initiate market research, contribute to new product development, and participate in annual budget planning. You’ll also oversee collections and collaborate with the credit team to support financial goals.

Position: Project Manager – Heavy Civil Location: Missouri City, Texas Millis Equipment is looking for an effective team-first leader to step into the Project Management role on upcoming and active projects in both the public (TXDOT, other DOT, FCDs) and private sectors (commercial, subdivisions). This team member must have direct project management and/or field experience employed by a Prime Contractor firm on heavy civil construction projects featuring mass grading, storm sewerage, sanitary sewerage, water piping, subgrade preparation, flatwork, and paving.
