Monthly Luncheon

HCA hosts monthly luncheons on the 4th Thursday of the month from 11am to 1pm.  We host a January luncheon, and each month from March to October.  All but our "field trip" luncheon is held at the Houston Junior League.  HCA is proud to host high profile speakers from elected officials to CEOs of influential companies.  The luncheon sponsors are provided a small table in the back of the ballroom for them to display company literature and give-aways as well as company pop-up signs.  HCA is one of the last organizations that still offers an open bar at its monthly luncheons.  For for the attendees to get a drink from the bar, they have to get a ticket from the sponsors, ensuring that our sponsors get as much face time as possible.  HCA provides each sponsor with a roll of tickets for them to give to the attendees.  Each luncheon has 4 sponsors.

Networking Mixers

These events have grown to consistently have 70+ members attend.  Same as the luncheon sponsors, for the attendees to get a drink from the bar, they have to get a ticket from the sponsors, ensuring that our sponsors get as much face time as possible.  HCA provides each sponsor with a roll of tickets for them to give to the attendees. 

Golf Tournaments

HCA is proud to sponsor two golf tournaments a year, one in the spring and the other in the fall.  The proceeds of these events benefit the HCA political action committee, HOUCONPAC.  Our average attendance at either event runs between 300 and 400 players making our tournaments some of the largest in the city.  Our sponsorship opportunities are as follows:

Clay Shoot

HCA puts on an annual sporting clay shoot every spring for its members. This event draws over 150 participants and is one of our more popular events.  Sponsorship is limits to station sponsors, however companies willing to donate a shotgun or other raffle prize are encouraged to do so.  This event is held at Westside Sporting Grounds.

Management Trip

Every year the HCA invites all members to sign up for an exciting management trip packed with presentations, business development, and incredible local excursions.  Attendees gain outstanding management skills that directly increase the success of their company and enjoy what the destination city has to offer. Pricing varies.

Christmas Party

The annual HCA Christmas Party is the premier event for our industry.  This event serves as the swearing in ceremony for the incoming Board of Directors as well as a holiday celebration for our members.  Average attendance at the event is 400 and the President selects the venue for the event.   All sponsors and donors are recognized for their contribution by the president at the event and in the printed materials.
