HCA’s Safety Excellence Awards Program

HCA’s Safety Excellence Awards Program is a safety recognition program focused on recognizing companies that excel in multiple areas of their safety and health programs.  Awards are given to member companies, in their size category, that consistently have OSHA recordable injury, lost time injury and fatality rates at levels lower than the industry standard and implement internal company safety practices above and beyond basic compliance. 

It is now time for companies to apply for the 2023 Safety Awards. Below you will find a link to the Safety Award application form. Please download the form to your computer and rename the form to include your company name at the end. The PDF has contains fields so you can type your answers right into the PDF. Save the form often to keep all your answers. When done, email the completed form to Jennifer Bernal. 

HCA is now accepting applications. The deadline for application submission is the end of business on Monday, April 3, 2023. Winners will be recognized at the May 25, 2023 HCA luncheon and all applicants with an EMR of 1.0 or below will be awarded a safety certificate for their accomplishment.
