Electronic Signatures & Instructions

The Houston Contractors Association is happy to share that AT&T and CenterPoint Energy are both now accepting electronic signatures.  To ensure that our members have a solid understanding of the process, below are instructions for each provider.  Electronically signed documents have many benefits: savings on printing and storage costs, easily archived and searchable, added security, and most importantly speed.
