HCA Starts New Program with the Management Development Committee
The Houston Contractors Association is starting a new program designed to develop contacts among the future leaders of our member companies. The HCA Management Development Committee has been formed to create a networking pathway for those individuals that you are grooming for leadership within your company to meet with others like themselves from other companies in the civil construction field.
This group is made up of only construction company members and its goal is to create a forum where these future leaders can gather, exchange ideas, discuss industry issues and meet one another in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
Membership is open to any contractor employee that wants to develop their networking ties within our industry. Come out and join us at our next meeting:
