This year’s trip to Vancouver is going to a four night five day stay. We have extended the contracted rate three (3) days prior and post room rates contracted for anyone who may want to stay longer. You will have to call HCA in advance so that we may hold any prior or postdates. We have booked a limited amount of group air.  If you would like to handle your own air fare you may do so, but  please just let us know in advance so that we will not invoice you for that part of the trip . United air has only one direct flight per day  to Vancouver so please don’t wait if you want to book your own air.  We have a very exciting trip planned for the 2015 Management trip so hope that we see you all this year.
