July HCA Luncheon featuring TxDOT Commissioner Jeff Moseley

The Houston Contractors Association is happy to welcome TxDOT Commissioner Jeff Moseley as our guest speaker for our July luncheon.  Commissioner Moseley is a member of the Texas Transportation Commission, which oversees statewide activities of the Texas Department of Transportation. Gov. Rick Perry appointed him in June 2012.
