This presentation is designed to familiarize you with the new Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions that were enacted as part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021 (IIJA). BABA will apply to any federal program in which Federal financial assistance is made available for use on an infrastructure project within the United States.
