Ben also drafts and reviews construction contract documents. Additionally, Ben maintains an active alternative dispute resolution practice mediating and arbitrating construction disputes, and is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. Philip Miller, Executive Underwriter

Philip is an Executive Underwriter for Chubb Surety where he manages a book of heavy civil, municipal, commercial and subcontractor accounts in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin marketplace. Philip has 6 years of experience in the surety industry with a background in public accounting. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Trinity University in San Antonio.

David Cox, Vice President

Mr. Cox possesses forty (40) years of extensive and diverse experience in the construction of bridge, highway, and municipal projects. He has provided project compliance with standards and specifications of multimillion-dollar projects while helping to improve and enhance public quality of life. This experience primarily consists of division management and project management requiring contract negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, supervision, estimating, and coordination of the construction work.
