HCA's Education Committee is hosting a webinar, "Show Me the Money: Payment Security and Getting Paid” on Tuesday, September 3rd from 8:00am to 9:45am.

Attendees will learn about different types of payment security, key information and deadlines necessary for perfecting lien and bond claims, what to look out for and how to manage risks with respect to contingent payment provisions, and additional rights afforded under the construction trust fund and prompt payment acts.
