Jun Chang, P.E., D.WRE, serves as the Acting General Manager at North Harris County Regional Water Authority. Jun works with a team of staff and consultants in overseeing the critical negotiations, planning, design and construction of the water infrastructure necessary to secure a long-term, reliable wholesale supply of drinking water for the Authority.

Prior to joining the Authority, Jun had more than 27 years of Civil Engineering experience with the City of Houston. Formerly the Deputy Director of Public Works & Engineering Department for the City of Houston, Jun was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City of Houston’s regional water and wastewater utility systems.

Jun has B.S. (1985) and M.S. (1987) degrees in Civil Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Diplomat of American Academy of Water Resources Engineers. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Water Conservation Association.
