Representatives from regional departments of public works come together to present their construction projects for fiscal year 2018. Construction packets will be provided to attendees.

The January HCA luncheon is reserved for our annual "Forecast Luncheon". Representatives from several of the local public works departments are invited to give a presentation on their upcoming construction projects for the year. Representatives from TxDOT, Harris County, the City of Houston and many more will be in attendance so reserve your spot today before its too late.

HOUCONPAC Meeting

There will also be a HOUCONPAC meeting immediately following the luncheon. Membership in the PAC is $500 and it must be in the form of a personal check. No corporate funds can be accepted. Open to all members.
