R.P. Doss Endowment Fund » Donate Online

The R.P. Doss Scholarship fund was created by HCA contractor members to help those in our industry with their higher education expenses. Funds can be awarded for trade school training, community college classes or college university tuitions. Only HCA members, their employees and their children are eligible to receive this scholarship. Your donation will help us support those who make a living in the industry that we love, and promote civil construction as a profession to the next generation.

Small Business Program Fund » Donate Online

Your contribution will go directly to the Small Business program which is designed to promote, grow and assist small businesses in Houston's Heavy Civil Construction Industry.

Your contribution to the General Fund helps our organization fulfill our main goals of industry representation and advocacy; marketing, public relations and economic development; relationship/business development within the industry; and, education and training for all businesses in the Heavy Civil Construction industry.
