Small Business and Employee Development Program
The purpose of our Small Business and Employee Development Program is to support the growth and development of small businesses and build a pipeline of employees and subcontractors into the civil construction industry. Through this program, we provide training classes to help advance small businesses through education, peer to peer experiences, and networking opportunities. Our efforts have been recognized by the City of Houston, Harris County and the State of Texas.
