HCA is proud to welcome the Interim Director of Public Works for the City of Houston as our featured speaker for the September HCA luncheon. Carol previously served as the Deputy Director of Public Works responsible for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new construction of the city's infrastructure.

 

With all the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey, this is the perfect time to hear from the Director about what has happened to the City, what are the plans moving forward, and how can our industry help with the recovery effort.
